For security, online credit card transactions are carried out through the PayCenter secured system of Piraeus Bank.

In this manner, during credit card purchases the customer is automatically transferred to a secure server of Piraeus Bank PayCenter service. All information transmitted electronically by the customer, as well as its transfer from the Bank to VISA or MasterCard, is covered by the SSL 128-bit cipher algorithm.

In this case, the credit card information is not stored anywhere, but is only used during the checking procedure and debit of the card. Transactions that you make at Macmillan’s e-shop by credit card are therefore absolutely secure.
