MACMILLAN HELLAS PUBLISHERS SA, based in Athens, 2, Missaraliotou St., PC 117 42, tel. 210 7482828, Tax number 094543368, Tax office 'ÖÁÂÅ Áèçíþí' (“MACMILLAN PUBLISHING”), undertakes to protect the personal information of visitors/users of its website www.macmillan.gr and to abide with the relevant provisions of Greek law (L.2472/1997 “regarding protection of individuals from the processing of data characterized as personal” as supplemented with the decisions by the Chairman of the Committee for the Protection of Personal Information, P.D. 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of L. 2819/2000 as well as Law 2774/1999 and European law). For this reason, no personal information of visitors/users is collected unless the latter themselves provide such information voluntarily. The provision of information constituting personal information is not required for simple navigation through the www.macmillan.gr website.

Following the de-activation of users’ registration, all records of their personal information will be automatically deleted.
